Outfits for November 2018

Welcome to my outfit round up for the month of November. As usual most of these photos are taking in the mirror at work.

I started the month with a bit of an adventure. I spent a couple of days in Edinburgh to visit a wonderful friend. Not being sure what the weather was going to do, I tried to dress for all eventualities. I wore my old red coad (and it is missing a button) with my grey New Look dress underneath. On my legs I wore black leggings with my brown Fly London boots.

  • Coat: Primark (Old)
  • Dress (not seen): New Look
  • Boots: Fly London

Quite a basic work look. I paired a basic black dress from Next with some brown boots to break up the black a bit.

My Scottish friend picked out this skirt for me when we were doing some shopping in Edinbugh. I love the colour and it has a slight faux leather texture to it. I paired it with a basic black top and black pointed boots

  • Skirt: Primark
  • Boots: ASOS

Green Velvet Dress, black tights and red knee high boots

This is more a teaser for a future post. I was meeting a friend for coffee and decided to wear a very cute green velvet dress. I paired it with my red ASOS boots because I was feeling a bit extra.

I love how this look came out, it’s a great mix of textures in a colour block package.

It was Black Friday, but that’s not what I’m dressed up for. Every Year BBC Radio 6 have T-Shirt Day, where you are encouraged to wear a band T-Shirt to work. Unsurprisingly I’m representing IAMX. I paired my top from the Everything is Burning Tour with my new Leather Skirt from ASOS, black tights and black knee boots from ASOS.

It was a wet and windy day, my outfit was based entirely on what would fit underneath my raincoat! The joys of walking to work!

  • Dress: New Look
  • Boots: New Look (Second Hand)

I hope you enjoyed this set of outfits. I’ve tried to add more detail shots this time around.

      Thank you 🙂

      xx

  2. I love both pleated skirts! I have a similar skirt that makes me feel amazing every time I put it on. Pleats just have the best movement.

I must admit I’m now a big fan of pleated skirts, especially if they are sparkley 🙂
